properties have over 30 years experience as educators, first and foremost, and as property managers
of high quality and affordable housing for students, and non-students alike. AMDG Properties
recently acquired the Little Dorm and poured their hearts and souls (and quite a bit of money) into
making the Little Dorm into a high quality and most affordable dormitory style housing complex for
you.
We believe that the most important thing for you as a student at one of the local colleges, is to have
a place to live where you can attend to your studies, in a quiet, safe, and enjoyable environment
during a time that is the most critical as you prepare yourselves for entering the real world. We strive
to provide that everyday for our tenants.
AMDG Properties has provided for you a high quality living experience at an aggressively affordable
price so that all you have to do is enjoy your living experience. Leave the hard work to us. At the
Little Dorm, you will find quiet and spacious dormitory style living with both single bed and double
bed rooms, and a host of other amenities including cable TV, free Internet access, a game room
with both billiards, and table tennis, an outdoor half basketball court, plenty of on-site parking, 24
hour on-site property management run by a former student of Herkimer County Community College
(His name's Dan, and he has the answers to all of your questions about college life and all the local
activities- feel free to ask Dan anything), 24 hour surveillance, on site coin operated laundry, and a
daily cleaning service, to ensure that you have the most rewarding living experience, at the most
affordable price, we can give it to you.
